अनुष्का शर्मा-विराट कोहली ने मुंबई में खरीदा सी-फेसिंग अपार्टमेंट, कीमत 18 करोड़

<p style=”text-align: justify;”>अनुष्का शर्मा और <a title=”विराट कोहली” href=”https://www.abplive.com/topic/virat-kohli” data-type=”interlinkingkeywords”>विराट कोहली</a> अपना रियल एस्टेट इंवेस्टमेंट बढ़ा रहे हैं. हाल ही में दोनों के मुंबई में एक नया अपार्टमेंट खरीदने की खबरें सामने आईं. रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, अनुष्का और विराट ने मुंबई के वर्सोवा में सी-फेसिंग लग्जरी अपार्टमेंट खरीदा है. उनके इस अपार्टमेंट की कीमत 18.29 करोड़ रुपये बताई जा रही है. &nbsp;</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>प्रॉपर्टी रजिस्ट्रेशन डॉक्यूमेंट्स के मुताबिक, अनुष्का और विराट ने 2644 स्क्वायर फीट अपार्टमेंट गॉदरेज स्काईशोर रेजिडेंशियल प्रोजेक्ट में 18.29 करोड़ में खरीदा है. ये अपार्टमेंट मुंबई के प्रीमियम बिल्डिंग के अपार्टमेंट्स में से एक है. इसमें तीन पार्किंग और 316 स्क्वायर फीट एडिशनल एरिया भी है.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>बता दें कि कुछ समय पहले एक्टर तबु ने भी गॉदरेज स्काईशोर में 10 करोड़ का अपार्टमेंट खरीदा था.</p>

<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>अनुष्का और विराट का लग्जरी पोर्टफोलियो</strong><br />टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया के मुताबिक, अनुष्का और विराट की ये पहली बड़ी इंवेस्टमेंट नहीं है. इससे पहले भी दोनों ने कई बड़े इंवेस्टमेंट किए हैं. विराट का गुरुग्राम में DLF फेज 1 में अपना घर है. इस में प्राइवेट पूल, जिम भी है. इसकी कीमत 80 करोड़ रुपये बताई जाती है. इसके अलावा कपल की अलीबाग में भी जमीन है. इसकी कीमत 37.86 करोड़ रुपये बताई जाती है. इसके अलावा कपल ने अलीबाग में 19 करोड़ की आठ एकड़ की प्रॉपर्टी खरीद थी. यहां वो एक लग्जरी विला बना रहे हैं. इसमें स्वीमिंग पूल, किचन, 4 बाथरूम, जकूजी, गार्जन, कवर पार्किंग और स्टाफ क्वाटर्स भी होंगे.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>प्रेमानंद महाराज के आश्रम पहुंचे थे अनुष्का-विराट</strong><br />अनुष्का और विराट ने खुद को भक्ति में भी लीन कर लिया है. दोनों को अक्सर प्रेमानंद महाराज के आश्रम में भी देखा जाता है. हाल ही में कपल वृदावन प्रेमानंद महाराज के आश्रम पहुंचे थे. वो अब तक 8 बार वहां जा चुके हैं. सबसे पहले कपल 2023 में वहां गया था.&nbsp;</p>
